Hi Everyone,

This is so great! Even better than what I had in mind. Looks a lot less like a big two-story block and adds so much balance and unique touches/depth/dimension, etc. I can’t wait to see as we start to add different materials along the way to enhance certain aspects even more. Margo’s first words were “oh wow, I really love this.” I of course looked at it 10 times and loved it more and more each time. I really don’t think there would be any changes to this but just one or two ideas to run by you guys next week. I’d say on our end, it’s definitely a 99% perfect look!

The upstairs flow looks awesome to get the two beds and baths up there. Smaller rec room still should be plenty of space for kids and their future friends as a cool hang out spot. Love the fact that one bathroom still has access from the hallway for when the kids friends are there.Understood on the other notes. This won’t affect any of the exterior look so it makes sense to focus on them next week. The bump out on the garage and master suite looks great and definitely add to the useful space we have in mind. We’d love to set up a call to discuss early next week and maybe even in person next Friday assuming the rest of the first-floor changes will be done.

Have to say that you and your team built us an absolutely beautiful house. WE LOVE IT!.

I always envisioned one day building our final house on the water, and this ended up being spectacular.

The entire process for us was seamless.

Working with Tim and Ketta initially was so easy and fun! Even when we were stressed out and couldn’t decide we looked to them both to help out. Their guidance and insights were amazing and spot on.

Then to actually making the magic happen, Mike was flawless. He truly knows what he is doing and makes sure there is excellence in the folks working on the house.

Absolutely LOVED working with this team of folks. I feel we really have made friends and people we want to continue to hang out with in the future.

All the details from choosing the right lot for us, the placement on the lot (it is perfect and the view is awesome) and the various alterations we made during design make this home so amazing. You, yourself, were such a wonderful guide through those early steps and please know how much we appreciate your guidance and your patience. Jason took it from there and turned it into more than we imagined.

Also a big kudos to Tim and Ketta and the rest of the Team! The attention to detail and urgency that we unfortunately were facing came together nicely in the end. And the hard work has not gone unnoticed.

Thank you so much for all of the wonderful gifts. We absolutely love the creel basket. It is the perfect addition to our “fishing” themed drop zone, I think I’ll use it to hold the dog leashes. I also found this vintage picture of an old, weathered fisherman that reminds me so much of Jim’s grandfather that owned the cabin and property, that we will hang near the drop zone. I attached a pic of Jim and his grandfather from 12 years ago when we visited him on one of his Lake Wylie properties. He was trying to give Jim the clothes he doesn’t wear anymore because they were the exact same size 😊

Our daughter drove in today to help us move and we made veal parmesan for dinner with the goodies from the baskets.

Ben and I were talking the other day and as we are trying to do a small remodel on a place in John’s Island, SC and what we came to decide is that we truly appreciated the level of care, attention and craftsmanship that you all put into building our house in Gastonia.

We love it more and more by the day. We love that you back the work up and we love that you tried in every way to meet our needs.

We would like to share a “warm and fuzzy” with you. Last evening was a lot of fun meeting neighbors, learning who lives where, and about the experiences they’ve had thus far. Each time we told people that you are our builder it was followed by expressions of approval. We heard comments like, “you made the right decision”, “we wish we would have built with them”, “they deliver a quality product”, “they’re awesome”, etc. While this was not new information for us, we were grateful to hear our non-McSpadden neighbors take notice and make these affirmations.

I really don’t have any complaints or concerns about the work that has been done. I have been truly amazed/stunned by how things have come together and the quality of the work. It has been nice that as a company/contractor you guys are so open and allow us to watch every step. This really gives you peace of mind.
