Explore
Your first step is to connect with our organization to learn about us and share a few details about your project. Whether virtually or in person, we will begin to layout your personalized roadmap through our three phased Project Development process, including an initial estimate using our proprietary estimating tool.
Concept
During PHASE 1 - Our team takes all the information we gathered exploring your project and puts “pen to paper.” Centered around your input, you will see your new home begin to take shape with hand drawn elevations and initial floor plans.
Design
PHASE 2 is all about the details. As we continue to define your home, we'll introduce our interior designer and selections coordinator to the process allowing us to collaboratively bring those personal and unique touches to your home, while simultaneously guiding you through specification development.

Proof
You’ve finished your selections, and your plans are complete but what’s next? PHASE 3 gets you over the finish line. From Architectural Review Boards to structural engineering, Your development team will ensure you have the confidence, knowing your specifications have been thoroughly reviewed. Next up – A seamless groundbreaking!
Breaking Ground & Build
Monitor it all through Buildertrend. Stay actively connected with your build throughout construction with daily updates and a live schedule. Whether you are building locally or out of town you will always have insight into your home’s construction. Buildertrend makes tracking selections, requests for information, or financials a breeze.
