Whether you scoured the internet and found an “almost” perfect set of plans or worked with an independent designer/architect, bring us onboard to evaluate what makes sense from an architectural, structural, and budgetary standpoint. Many times, we can make the modifications in-house or if the changes are more significant, we partner with other professionals in the industry to design and engineer the modifications. Simultaneously with the plan modifications, we’ll move through our exclusive three phased Project Development process to make sure the specifications and budget remain in alignment with your modified plans.

Next, you will meet with our Project Development Team to begin plan modification (if required), initial specification review and selections.

Finalize your selections, specifications, and plans as we work through any needed value engineering or Architectural Review Board required changes.

Now that your home has been built digitally, we need to get it engineered, permitted, and ready to go vertical! This is all happening while any needed financing is secured
Breaking Ground & Build
Monitor it all through Buildertrend. From the day your contract is signed, you have your own login: daily logs with photos from your project manager, a live schedule, and every selection and change order, approved by you in the portal against your contract price. Whether you are building down the street or out of town, you see what we see.
