Whether you scoured the internet and found an “almost” perfect set of plans or worked with an independent designer/architect, bring us onboard to evaluate what makes sense from an architectural, structural, and budgetary standpoint. Many times, we can make the modifications in-house or if the changes are more significant, we partner with other professionals in the industry to design and engineer the modifications. Simultaneously with the plan modifications, we’ll move through our exclusive three phased Project Development process to make sure the specifications and budget remain in alignment with your modified plans.
