Your build, in real time

From the day your construction contract is signed, you have your own login to Buildertrend. It is the same system our project managers and trade partners work in, so what you see is what we see. You can follow your home as easily from out of town as from down the street.

• Daily logsYour project manager posts what happened on site, with photos.
• The scheduleA live construction schedule, updated as the work moves.
• SelectionsYou make and approve your selections in the portal, so there is one record of every choice.
• Change ordersEvery change is written up with its price, and you approve it in the portal before the work is done.
• Your contract priceOur Project Development process takes each home from design to a contract price before construction begins. The portal shows that price and every approved change order against it.
• Progress updatesRegular written summaries of what was done and what comes next.
• Questions and documentsMessages, plans, specifications and contract documents are kept in one place, not scattered across email.
• After you move inWarranty requests go through the same portal.
