Many times, our clients find a plan that is almost perfect for them, but requires a few modifications to make it “just right”. We can help.

We’ll sit down with you and together, evaluate what makes sense from an architectural, structural, and budgetary standpoint. Many times we can actually make the modifications in-house or if the changes are more significant, we partner with other professionals in the industry to design and engineer the modifications. And simultaneously with the plan modifications, we’ll move through our exclusive Project Development process to make sure the specifications and budget remain in alignment with your modified plans.
