June 30, 2023

We are moving on quickly!

Sheetrock has been set and the guys are scheduled to be finished and sanded by Monday.

The water and sewer lines have been run to the house and showers have been built out.

Over the next week or so, the team will begin to knock out the tile and get started on some of the finishing touches (trim!)

 June 23, 2023

We are moving into the next phase of the build! Sheetrock is scheduled for delivery and installation with a tentative complete date of June 30th.

The siding guys were back on site this week following the insulation to install the porch ceilings and porch columns.

We've started to gather proposals for some AMAZING landscaping & hardscapes -- at this stage, we'll capture all proposals and sit down with the client to collectively determine the best solution for their brand new home! 

June 15th, 2023

Siding and boxing guy are nearly complete; just pending decking and stone installation.

The insulation crew knocked out the insulation yesterday. 

Next up: Sheetrock!

The siding guys are moving quickly on the house and the siding looks great! They are scheduled to be wrapped up early next week. 

With any job, attention to detail is critical to delivering the perfect home for you. From time to time we notice small variations and quickly address them! With this build, our GC was spot-checking for quality and noticed a few slight variations in brick color. Not to worry! We have a brick rep coming out to determine if we need to back out that brick to replace it or if we have less invasive options. 

June 2nd, 2023

Plumbers have wrapped up their portion of the rough-ins. 

The brick masons are getting close to finishing the brick veneer, which should be finished in the next day or so. 

Next up: Trim!

Framers have been working hard all week and cruising! One of our GCs favorite parts of building as it allows our team and the new homeowners to really see their dream home come to life!
