Final Product!
What a journey this has been! From start to finish, our goal is to provide a completely transparent & seamless home building experience. With every project, our new homeowners can expect weekly project updates with images and next steps! Below you will find a few updates from the Waterfront 6020 Project!
December 11th, 2020

We are down to one of the final weekly updates and this home is nearly complete! It’s turned out beautiful of course and it's been our pleasure to be apart of this journey!
- Landscaping will be 99% completed this week.
- The RV railing is now up and looks great.
- Front door was stained and looks great.
- Stairs received the final coat yesterday and look great.
- Pressure washing is taking place today.
Next Up:
- Monday and Tuesday we will do small punch items and let painters do some cleanup of paint on unwanted surfaces and touch ups. Landscape should also complete any remaining items.
- Wednesday the house will be cleaned top to bottom.
- Thursday we will be taking final photos in the morning. The COVID-19 house cleaning will take place after lunch time.
- Friday Morning our cleaners will be back in to wipe down counter tops and mop the floors from any haze due to the COVID-19 spray.
December 4th, 2020
We had inside painters wrapping up, and cabinet guys got the last panels and handles on. They are coming back next week to handle some other small touch ups.


October 30th, 2020
The house is really coming together!
The water meter is being installed today - They rolled the truck for this one! Looks like the entire Utility company came
A/C Units, Appliances, Light Fixtures and plumbing have all been installed. Now we just need power! We're hoping for next week!
Moving outside, large grading is complete and ready for the landscapers to come in for fine grading and new grass.

October 23rd, 2020
We should have the AC units set by first of the week and I have final grade happening today and the install of the 12” pipe, left of retaining wall. We also have the gas company on site trenching the gas line from road. Noah is going to be doing some trenching next week to get power to dock and water line to the road.
The exterior painting is nearly completed.
The guys are working today to finish the Trex steps and railing will be measured up early next week.

October 10, 2020
The painters are working inside and have all cabinets and windows covered to spray walls and trim. The boxing guys are still working and moving on around the house. They have now install most all of the ceilings. They should be wrapped up in the next week!
The painters will be starting on the outside as soon as boxing guys are done.
Septic Tanks are installed - They will be back on Monday to install the drain field lines and try to wrap things up weather permitting.
The power underground is now ran to the house
We also have the deck guys working on site and they should be wrapping up by end of next week, weather permitting.

- The HW floors will be installed Thursday and Friday.

We had a busy week last week with a ton of progress!
- Grade work happened on the left side behind the retaining wall and we are now ready for the septic guys to get started… Septic guys should be starting next week.
- Cabinet guys have nearly everything installed as far as cabinet boxes and we will install drawers and doors later at the trim out stages.
- Trim guys are coming back Friday to wrap up with their loose ends and painters are scheduled for Monday to get started. We will have all granite tops templated on Friday as well.
- All tile work is now completed in bath shower and floors
September 25th, 2020
Been a busy week. Tile is being installed and looking good. Trim is being installed on the inside and cabinets will start being installed on Monday. The boxing guys are working on the outside and its looking good too! I am planning to start some grade work next week weather permitting. Today was another rain out.

September 21, 2020
We had some big storms come through last week which delayed some of the exterior work, however, our teams were able to get a head start on some of the interior finishing.
As of last week, the Sheetrock (Drywall) is up and has been prepped for paint! Additionally, the tile team was able to continue with the interior tile work - this is set to be completed in the enxt few days.
Once tile is wrapped up, our teams will begin installing trim & prepping for paint!
September 12, 2020
Sheetrock is well underway with a goal of having everything sanded by the 15th! Moving outside, the Brick work will be wrapped up this week.
As we work to finish out the house, our teams will begin laying tile and installing stair trim.
September 3rd, 2020
The insulation has passed inspection and the rock has been delivered. The gray spray in the attic is an Ignition barrier spray over the insulation to meet code. Rockers are planning to start the install on Friday. We should be sanded out by the 16th.
Tile is lined up to start right after rock is done. Once baths are completed with tile, trim will begin!
The brick masons are half way around the house now and looking good. We expect completion to be sometime next week!
The boxing crew will be getting started Friday (I was told) this week and boxing/ siding should take approx. two weeks.
August 28, 2020
The insulation is done and the inspection will be Monday.

August 14th, 2020
This week we completed setting the remaining windows and doors. (all but the garage service door and it will be set once garage slab in poured)
Current Work Inspections have been completed and passed with flying colors!!
Insulation will be starting on Wednesday as of right now. **Caution - if you visit your new home build, try to avoid over exposure to foam insulation. It takes time to dry and could irritate your sinus'!

August 7th, 2020
We are wrapping up with most PME roughs this week. It will take Monday to complete everything for inspections.
At this stage, we invite the new homeowner to come by for a walk through to see if we have any adjustments to make.
Now that the structured wiring and Lower Flight of Stairs has been installed, we can begin workin on some additional plumbing and begin upstairs buildout.

July 31st, 2020
HVAC and plumbing are well underway - Should be done in the next week or so. The framers were waiting on a rainy day to come back, but we will be wrapping up the framing punch soon also.
Electricians are getting started Monday and structured wiring will happen next week.
Going to be a busy week on site.
July 24th, 2020
The roofing is now completed short the metal shed area. The plumbers have started also and should be complete next week after valves are delivered. The framing crew is coming back tomorrow to complete some punch items.
As we progress through this build, we have the cabinet guys coming to begin design & prep as well as the HVAC and Electricians scheduled to start their list next week.

July 17th, 2020
The framing is nearly completed and is a true testament to the durability of this home. Pending weather, framing should be done in the next couple of days. The stairs have been measured and will be going in by the 27th “I hope”. Windows and doors will be going in in first of August.
